Having grown this little brand from just little old me (Ester!), I thought it would be good to introduce our teenie little team and give you a look behind-the-scenes of my small indie brand.

Ester Ford: Director/Founder/Designer

Since Dinki Human was founded I have balanced business ownership alongside mumming my two young daughters. As a business owner I am responsible for; designing every style and print, building the website, managing all marketing (although now I have help!), PR, sales, fulfiment, sourcing suppliers, and accounting. It's a juggle, but it means I'm proud of every single little success story!

Jack Ford: Co-Director/Photographer

Long-suffering hubby of Ester, and our amazing in-house photographer. Jack owns his own business alongside freelance photography, so he can usually be found at Jack's Lab. Jack was part of the formation of Dinki Human and has provided pep talks, cheerleading and photography tuition from day dot!

Daisy Stratford: Junior Marketing Manager

Daisy joined us in early 2022 to assist in our marketing efforts, she is a pro at Reels and is working hard on getting Ester to step her game up in Marketing! (I've promised to show my face more!) In her spare time she loves to make music, producing tracks alongside her vocals.

Olivia Reeve: Marketing Intern

Olivia joined us in mid 2022 to assist us further in our marketing! She is currently studying for her degree in Marketing at UWE in Bristol and has brought with her a wealth of knowledge about marketing techniques and practices that we're working on implementing! Olivia is originally from Bournemouth, she loves painting, digital art and travel.
