The estimated delivery times are provided by the delivery company. Refunds will not be given for deliveries failing to meet the estimated delivery times, as it is beyond our control.
The cut-off time for express orders is 2pm. If you order before 2pm (Mon-Sat) your delivery will be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day. Orders made after 2pm will still be 'express' but will arrive either after 1pm or the next morning.
Custom fees and taxes for international deliveries may incur duties fees and taxes once your order reaches your country. We are unable to estimate these charges. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. If you are unhappy with unexpected customs charges and choose not to accept the delivery Dinki Human will charge postage for delivery and return and for the customs charges incurred.
